Antifreeze 50/50 or mix your own when you have hard water?

I'm going to do a coolant flush in my car. I run 100% synthetic fluids in my car. Last time I flushed my coolant I mixed my own. Due to having hard water though I used distilled water which I had bought. Is mixing your own with distilled water better then the premixed?
