Suggest an affordable graphic card?

If you don't know much about computers then you might want to look up how to build one first and make sure you have all the parts you need. With that being said everything you have so far looks fine for what you want it to do, but you need a lot more parts than that( ie case, cd/dvd drive, power supply, windows 7, mouse, keyboard, wireless card if you need one ect.) The only reason I say that is because I know when I built my first computer I had someone looking over what I did and I didn't have half the stuff I needed. As far as the CPU I would suggest getting the core i5, just make sure you get a Quad core version, NOT a Dual core.
