Where can I buy a dress that is not common?

a vintage store is probably your best bet. you can find great things that you know no one else will have. you can also go into a different city or town and visit local shops i.e i live in jersey and i go into phlily sometimes and shop in the local stores because i know no one else will have those types of clothes!
