Tube tester question?

I have a "Superior Instruments Model TD-55" tube tester here from 1958, and I have a question about it. It's got a knob to select the filament voltage, but the values are labeled "A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J" and I'm not sure what voltage each letter corresponds with. Can someone help me with this?
