My foreskin rolled back on my . it doesnt roll up anymore. that's normal right? i mean it doesnt wana rol?

i rolled it back yesterday and it's been lke that. it doesnt wana roll back up to normal mode. i mean i can live with it liek that lol. i was just wondering if it's normal if your foreskin doesnt wana roll back up? it is right? lol...
