Should i remove my ovaries and uterus immediately as i have large cyst in my right ovary ?

post menopause have large cyst in right adenexa it shows thin wallwith hyperechoicspeck within it measures 4mm irregular polipoidal areas ar seen along its wall at least two one of the largest measures 24.1 these ar also shows hyperrechoic speeks within them calcification.my smear test is negative. my ca125 is 49.6 please let me know what all means
