Will district attorney consider dropping charges to enlist in navy?

I got a dui at road block i was.003 over limit they drew my blood at the road block no medical personal there it was a state trooper that did it while i was leaning on cop car... the open container was bottle of liquor that was in back seat... i am 25 this my first run in with the law enforcment....
