Can it be said that If you believe in evolution you have to believe in the possibility of a Creator?

In the relatively short time humans have been on this planet, we have made great strides in the fields of space exploration and genetics. Many who believe in evolution also believe that we are not the only life in the universe. uming there is life on other worlds, isn't there a possibility that at least one of those civilizations could have evolved throughout billions or trillions of years and developed the technology to travel to and to create life on other worlds?
