Cpu question ???????

hi i just installed a new cpu in my laptop and looked at the temps at idle its 50 degrees c and on full throttle its 81degrees c and it looks to me as if its running a little to hot is this ok or is this because i only just installed the cpu and it needs time to settle down with the new thermal paste just so u no its a intel t9550 2.66ghz 1066 mhz fsb
