Looking for a quiz maker?

I tried one of the freeware test generators found on the Web (testcommander), found it easy at first, then terrible at the end. I'm looking for something that will let me put together multiple choice exams, able to bring up a sample picture if needed. I do not need to spend a lot, and with my last experience I'd like to see if the darn thing will work on my website before I buy any upgraded version. Any suggestions?
