What was the name of this Beach Boys doentary?

In the mid-1990s, I saw on television a doentary/movie on the Beach Boys. I would like to buy this movie, but I don't know the title. I do know that it is NOT Summer Dreams. This was well-advertised, showed Dennis setting his car on fire, and though it had actors playing the parts of the Beach Boys, the songs played were the actual, original Beach Boys songs that the actors lip-synced to.
