Why am i losing in my baseball fantasy team.?

First of all, start Eithier instead of Ben Zobrist. dont mess with your pitching at all!!! its great. the problem is hitters like Zobrist, Alex Gonzales, Casey McGehee, and Jose Bautista had really hot starts but have now dropped off.
