To see a white light?

I was playing out side with my dog. And he started barking at something, then I saw a white light twice. I felt dizzy afterwords light headed. I was playing with him at night it like lightning like I black out ina light sort of way. Is their something wrong with my eyes. I had a head ach before that. Should I not worry about it? Should I get my eyes tested. I am under allot stress I had midterms today which I ped. My brothers been sick.
